Check in for a weekend at the Carneros Inn, a luxury resort in Napa owned by Plumpjack, a company founded by SF mayor Gavin Newsome. It's sort of like when you pour your cash into the resort, you're helping out the whole city of San Francisco. And then again sort of not. But anyway, it's a mighty nice place to spend some time.
