If you like food that is good, you'll want to check out Zadin, the new Vietnamese restaurant in the Castro. The selection is limited, but each option is a pearl of melt-in-your-mouth goodness. I especially love love love the Pho Bo (beef noodle soup with savory cardamon overtones) and the Bo Hanh Huong (grilled beef wrapped around aromatic shallots).
