You're out on a date, but how "out" are you? San Francisco is the gay capital of the world, and the Castro district is the gayest neighborhood in it. Go to "five corners," where Castro street, 17th Street and Market Street meet up, and know yourself to be in the center of all that is gay. Stand under the rainbow neon of Twin Peaks bar's giant arrow sign, throw back your heads and yell "We're here! We're queer! We're off to buy some beer!" If it doesn't bring you and your date closer, it might at least make you a few new friends.
