Tucked into a small storefront on a residential street, Pretty Nails Salon doesn't initially impress you. But the ladies who paint the nails inside are sweet and thorough, and you'll walk out with a lovely set of hands and feet for some seriously low prices. (For example, you can score a non-French manicure for $12 plus tip.) Expect to spend some time; these women take their work seriously. Remember: you rush a miracle manicurist, you get rotten manicures.
