You might not think that eel and bottomless mimosas go together perfectly, but you only have to try one brunch at the Castro's Barracuda Sushi to know you are wrong. This restaurant serves lunch and dinner as well, of course -- more traditional sushi eating times of day -- but the weekend brunch is just weird enough to be wonderful. The traditional egg dishes aren't great, but if you're brave enough to try the sushi first thing in the morning, you won't be disappointed. And if by some chance you are disappointed, those bottomless mimosas will surely ease your pain.
Added bonus: Fridays and Saturdays are karaoke nights from 10 - midnight!
