The Golden Nail Salon in Pleasant Hill has the best massage chairs I've ever had the pleasure of sitting in. I am not kidding. With a dozen different settings, the chairs are like a giant Swedish guy named Jan who will cheerfully spend all day rubbing on your back.
If this is not enough to get you, the nail mistresses are also lovely people, many of them sisters in the same family. Everyone is super friendly, and they will paint gorgeous designs on your toes by hand for a small extra fee.
