Coolest Walk in San Francisco

Head to the Marina and walk out the jetty behind the St. Francis Yacht Club. There is free parking just east of the yacht club.

At the end of the jetty is a "sculpture" of sorts made from old stone monuments, with a bench completely out of the wind. There used to be a "wave organ" there that made noises as waves came in and went out, but often the pipes are filled with sand.

If you can't get a kiss sitting in this niche, having walked along the edge of the bay with the best up close view of the Golden Gate Bridge -- you're not half trying.
