Pancho Villa is hands down probably one of the most outstanding burrito spots in town. They've got a big menu, plenty of seating, and some kick ass salsa. This one's a crowd and stomach pleaser every time. They take cash, check, and cards, and are open late if you're out boozing in the Valencia corridor.
